Studio Policy

We undertake to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for everyone

1. Please allow 12 hours before a class to cancel or reschedule your class to avoid payment in full. â€‹

2. We reserve the right to postpone any group class with less than 2 client registrations. â€‹

3. Inform your instructor if you have any injuries and do not come to class if you are contagious (keep the 12 hour cancellation policy in mind and make a reasonable decision if you are unwell). â€‹

4. Every class starts with a warm up, be on time to follow best practice. â€‹

Indemnity

I acknowledge that I have agreed to accept the exercises prescribed for me at my own risk. I hereby indemnify the business owner in respect of any liability arising from my participation in Pilates, whether as a result of injury, illness or otherwise and in particular, any claims or damages from any person whatsoever. I indemnify them from any loss or damage on the business property and it's surroundings. 

Refund Policy

The studio does not provide refunds, unless under extreme circumstance of injury, yielding a client unable to perform Pilates safely. If a refund is deemed fair and necessary, clients will receive a percentage of the purchased package back based on the number of classes attended. Please note that packages are discounted and the number of classes attended will be counted at the single class rate.
